Go to 'Tools', then click 'Accounts...'

Click 'Add >', then click 'Mail'.

Type the name you want to be displayed when you e-mail people in the box. Then click the 'Next' button.

Type the email address (your username@your site.com) you wish to have. Click 'Next'.
|

|
Next, in the top box, make sure it is set to 'POP3'. Type your mail server into BOTH of the boxes. Make sure they match. Click 'Next'.

Type the login name you wish to have in the top box, then type your password in the lower box. Check the "Remember Password" box, and click 'Next'.

Check the box with the settings on how you connect to the internet. Most of the time, you want to check 'Connect using my local area network [LAN]', but if you have dial-up internet, you need to use 'Connect using my phone line'.

Click 'Finish', and you are now ready to use your new email!
